Trading & Withdrawal Conditions
1. Minimum Trading Period
To optimally benefit from our trading strategy, we maintain a minimum trading period of 6 months from the date of your first deposit.
Example: If your first deposit was made on January 1, 2026, you can withdraw without additional charges starting July 1, 2026.
Important: Early withdrawal before the 6-month period is only possible in exceptional cases and requires prior approval. Each request is reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline early withdrawal requests.
2. Early Withdrawal Fees
If an early withdrawal request is approved (before the 6-month period has passed), the following charges apply:
Contribution towards early use of our trading services and infrastructure.
Blockchain network costs for processing the payout to your wallet.
Please note: After 6 months, no service fees are charged. Only the $5.00 transaction fee continues to apply.

All withdrawals are processed with care. Please note the following processing times:
- Standard withdrawals (after 6 months): 1-2 business days
- Early withdrawals: approximately 3 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once the payout has been processed to your wallet.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CHARMINGF€NIX trading services ("Services"). By creating an account and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using our automated crypto trading platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
7. Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use our Services:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
- Comply with all KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements
8. Investment Risks
You acknowledge and understand that:
- Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- Automated trading algorithms do not eliminate investment risk
- You may lose part or all of your invested capital
- Market volatility can result in rapid value changes
- You should only invest funds you can afford to lose
9. Not Financial Advice
Our Services, including any information, analysis, or suggestions, do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining whether any investment, strategy, or product is appropriate for you based on your financial situation and investment objectives. We strongly recommend consulting with independent financial, legal, and tax advisors.
10. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your contact information is accurate and up to date
11. KYC and AML Compliance
In compliance with applicable laws, including the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft), we require all users to complete our KYC verification process. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to comply with verification requirements.
12. Trading Algorithm
Our automated trading algorithm:
- Operates based on predetermined strategies and parameters
- May be updated or modified without prior notice
- Does not guarantee profits or prevent losses
- Operates continuously during market hours
- May experience technical issues or downtime
13. Fees and Charges
We reserve the right to charge fees for our Services. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Fee structures may be modified with reasonable notice. Please refer to Section 2 for information on early withdrawal fees.
14. Deposits and Withdrawals
- Withdrawal requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe
- We may require additional verification for large transactions
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may apply
- Processing times may vary depending on market conditions and verification requirements
- Minimum deposit: $100
- Deposit via: USDT (ERC-20 & TRC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ripple (XRP)
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHARMINGF€NIX and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services.
16. Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
17. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). By using our Services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
18. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for any illegal purposes
- Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
- Manipulate or attempt to manipulate our trading algorithms
- Provide false or misleading information
- Transfer your account to another person
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
19. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to comply with KYC/AML requirements. Upon termination, you may withdraw your remaining balance subject to applicable verification procedures.
20. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
22. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, or exchange failures.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
